摘　　要：目前的IP网络的服务模式是尽力而为的,不保证服务质量,因此组建IP电信网的一个关键技术难题就是如何保证服务质量。文章介绍了目前业界所提出的一些为IP电信网提供服务质量的一些技术,包括InterServ、DiffServ、MPLS、LANQoS等,并介绍了一种实用的QoS服务器结构。The service model provided by the Internet is the best-effort model, without guaranteed Quality of Service (QoS). One of the key issues of constructing an IP telecom network is how to assure QoS. The article introduces some popular QoS mechanisms supposed by the industry, such as Integrated Service (InterServ), Differentiated Service, Multiple Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), LAN QoS, etc., as well as a pragmatic QoS server architecture.
