摘　　要：根据学生的水平和志向 ,实施分流培养 ,是我国高等教育教学改革中提出的一个重要改革思路 .本文论述了进行这一改革的必要性 。It's an important teaching reforming thought to carry out the diffluence cultivation Process according to students' levels and their future intentions, which is put forward in the teaching reform of our national higher education. The paper states the necessity of this reform, and the preliminary practices as well as the thoughts and feelings of the authors.
