中药免疫增强剂对HVT免疫雏鸡免疫器官中免疫活性细胞的影响  

Effects of the Chinese Medicine Inununologic Additive on Iimnunologically Competent Cells of Main Immune Organs in Chicken Vaccinated with HVT

摘　　要：研究对鸡马立克氏病火鸡疱疹病毒疫苗(HVT)免疫雏鸡饲喂中药免疫增强剂后,免疫器官中免疫活性细胞的变化进行了观察。结果显示,HVT免疫后添加中药免疫增强剂组雏鸡胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏等免疫器官组织不同区域的T淋巴细胞和浆细胞数均明显高于空白对照组,尤其是胸腺中的T淋巴细胞、法氏囊和脾脏红髓中的浆细胞数及脾脏动脉周围鞘中的T淋巴细胞表现得更加突出。The immunologically competent cells of main immune organs in chicken vaccinated with HVT and supplemented with Chinese Medicine ImmunologicAdditive in their diets were observed in this study. The results showed that the number of T lymphocytes and plasma cells of main immune organs in chicken supplemented with Chinese Medicine Immunologic Additive was obvioushy higher than those of the control group. Especially the difference of the number of T lymphocytes in thymus and spleen sheathed capillaries, plasma cells in bursa and spleen red tissue was more obvious.
