摘 要:介绍了水玻璃砂工艺研究取得的最新进展 ,研制的新型改性水玻璃是一种无机和有机相复合的铸造粘结剂 ,具有常温强度高、残留强度低、抗吸湿性好等优点。生产实际表明 ,采用新型改性水玻璃粘结剂的酯硬化工艺 ,可使水玻璃的加入量降为 2 .5 %~ 3 .0 % ,水玻璃砂的溃散性显著改善。The development of technologies and materials on new easy collapsibility modified sodium silicate sand were studied. The modified sodium silicate bonded developed lately was a casting binder included inorganic and organic matter, and possessed good performances, such as higher ambient temperature strength and lower retained strength and lower moisture absorption etc. Experimental results showed that the addition amount of binder was reduced to 2.5%~3.0% by the process of organic ester cured new modified water glass sand and the collapsibility of new modified sodium silicate sand was improved very well.
