摘　　要：IVI(InterchangeableVirtualInstrument)驱动器是当今受人青睐的新技术,这是因为工程人员的测试程序可以应用于不同的仪器。本文介绍了IVI驱动器机理、使用工具、理论方面的相关内容。Interchangeable Virtual Instrument (IVI)drivers are an exiting new technology for test engineers because they can now reuse their test programs with different instru-ments.This application note outlines the theory,tools,and mechanisms involved in using these tools to build a hardware-independent test system.
