摘　　要：本文讨论了大学图书馆在新一轮查新机构认定中的优势与劣势 。This paper discusses and background importance of a new round of accreditation of novelty checking institutions.Examines the strengrh and weakness of university libraries in this process. It also discusses the direction that the information service of university libraries should take in the future.
