摘 要:根据大射电望远镜 (FAST)反射面系统的要求 ,引入一种新颖轻巧的反射面支承结构方案———张拉整体体系 .通过对多种方案张拉结构体系的承载性能、变形特性、对促动器系统影响的分析以及与传统刚性结构体系(网壳 )的比较 ,并经过反复优化计算 ,确定了张拉整体体系支承结构方案 .计算结构表明 ,用于反射面支承结构的张拉整体体系比网壳结构自重轻约 72 .5 % ,结构作用于促动器的反力减小约 78.5 % .According to the requirements of the five hundred meter aperture spherical telescope (FAST) project,a novel,simple and light structure,tensegrity system,is proposed for the FAST reflector supporting structure.Several different geometric forms of the tensegrity system for FAST reflector are devised and compared.A multi-purpose analysis,including the load-bearing capacity,deformation behavior and the comparison with traditional reticulated shells,is presented in the paper.The optimal analysis and design show that the self-weight of the tensegrity system is much smaller than the traditional reticulated shell.It is 72.5%lighter than that of the reticulated shell,which depends on the stiffness of the supporting strcture.The reactions applying on the actuators are also much smaller,78.5% down.The numerical results show that the tensegrity system is a suitable alternative supporting structure for FAST reflector from the structural and economical point of view.
