从腾冲热海免培养获得的5个16 S rDNA克隆分析

摘　　要：用免培养法(culture-independentapproach)从腾冲大滚锅高温热泉中获得的16SrDNA,经克隆筛选,测定了其中5个克隆的16SrDNA插入片段的近全序列.构建的系统发育树分析结果表明,5个克隆中有2个是Bacillus属,1个是Hydrogenobacter属,1个是Pseudomonas属,还有1个在Thermodesulfobacteriaceae科,介于Geothermbacterium属和Thermodesulfobacteria属之间.Five almost completely 16?S rDNA sequences were obtained from Dagunguo of Tengchong Rehai with cultureindependent approach.A phylogenetic tree was constructed,among which two of these sequences are Bacillus,the other three sequences belong to Genera Hydrogenobacter,Pseudomonas and a potential genus that belongs to the family Thermodesulfobacteriaceae,it takes a position between the Genera Geothermobacterium and Thermodesulfobacteria.
