摘  要:在Na2SO3化学除氧的十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)胶束体系中,以TlAc为重原子微扰剂,进行了维生素K4的室温光法(RTP)测定.研究发现样品温度对RTP发射强度有影响,重原子Tl/SDS有一个临界比率值为40%,到此临界比率值后能获得高的RTP值.介质pH、Na2SO3、SDS及TlAc浓度不仅影响RTP强度,而且影响体系的除氧速度,最佳pH值范围在7.0~7.8之间,分析校正曲线在1×10-6mol/L~8×10-6mol/L和1×10-5mol/L~4×10-5mol/L呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限(DL)为2.1×10-6mol/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.4%A detailed examination of sodium sulfite as an oxygen scavenger in sodium dodecly sulfate(SDS) micelle for the RTP determination of vitamin K4 in the presence of the heavy atom agent TlAc was described.Sample temperature was found to have a moderate effect on RTP intensity.The Tl/SDS ratio exhibited a critical value 40 % which dramatically affected on luminescence intensity.pH value of media and the concentration of Na\-2SO\-3,SDS and TlAc had obvious influence upon the velocity of expelling oxygen as well as the RTP intensity.The optimum pH range of media was from 7.0 to 7.8.Analytical calibration curve of vitamin K4 was good linear over 1×10-6 mol/L~8×10-6 mol/L和1×10-5 mol/L~4×10-5 mol/L with detection limit of 2.1×10-6 mol/L and releative standard deviation was 4.4 %.
