摘　　要：酒精废糟液的排放一直是制约酒精发酵工业发展的关键因素之一。酒糟的综合处理一方面解决了酒糟的环境污染问题 ;另一方面充分利用酒糟中的营养物质 ,提高了经济效益。介绍了几种主要的酒精废糟液处理方法 ,如DDGS或DDG、沼气发酵、饲料酵母培养以及回流技术等。回流技术的应用是解决酒糟污染最彻底的途径之一 。Distillery waste always is one of the chief factors to restrict the development of aloholic fermentation industry The comprehensive treatment of it not only can decrease environmental pollution,but also can make good use of the nutrient substance to improve economic benefit In this paper,several treatment methods are introduced,such as DDGS or DDG,methane fermentation,production of microbial protein,recycling technology and so on Distillery waste recycle is one of the best methods and has bright future in practice
