摘 要:研究了柞木制取化学浆的适应性。结果表明,用KP、AS-AQ及NS-AQ法都可以制取得率较高、可漂性较好的化学浆,而且各项质量指标都可以达到或超过漂白亚硫酸盐法阔叶木浆的标准。Chemical pulping of Quercus was studied in this paper.Chemical pulps can be produced by KP,AS-AQ and NS-AQ processes.The pulping parameters and results are as follows.KP process:total chemicals charge(as NaOH)20%,sulfidity25%,max.temperature170℃,time at the temperature120min;digester yield49.10%,screened yield47.12%,screened stock kappa number22.8;AS-AQ process:total chemicals charge(as Na 2 SO 3 +NaOH)24%,sulfidity0.85%,max.temperature170℃,time at the temperature300min;digester yield53.50%,screened yield50.81%,screened stock kappa number34.2;NS-AQ process:total chemicals charge(as Na 2 SO 3 +Na 2 CO 3 )25%,other conditions are the same as AS-AQ;digester yield53.64%,screened yield52.24%,screened stock kappa number32.8.All the three pulps have quite good bleachability,and their strength exceeds the specification of BKP set by China's paper industry.
