摘 要:简述了造纸湿部助留助滤体系的发展概况,研究了CPAM、膨润土、硫酸铝等用量及电解质(NaCl)浓度对CPAM/膨润土体系助留助滤效果的影响,实验结果表明CPAM的用量随浆料种类、填料种类等的变化而变化,CPAM只有达到足够的用量后才能产生有效的助留助滤效果;膨润土在浆中添加的有效经济用量为0.2%~0.3%左右;CPAM/膨润土体系不适合于酸性造纸(pH4.5~5.5),但在近中性和中性造纸中有良好的助留助滤效果;CPAM/膨润土体系比CPAM单元体系更抗电解质的干扰。The development situation of retention and drainage aid system was described.The effect of CPAM,bentonite,aluminium sulfate and concentration of electrolyte(NaCl )on the efficiency of CPAM/bentonite microparticle retention and drainage aid system was studied.It was found that CPAM/bentonite microparticle retention and drainage aid system had little retention and drainage effect in acid condition(pH<6),but the system had good retention and drainage effect in neutral condition(pH=6~8).The dosage of CPAM changed with the kind of pulp and filler,etc.,the suitable dosage of bentonite was about 0.2%~0.3%.An increase of the electrolyte concentration(NaCl )resulted in less retention and drainage effect.However,concerning the retention and drainage effect,CPAM/bentonite system was not so sensitive to NaCl concentration as the single CPAM system.
