摘　　要：近年来 ,跨国公司在我国进行愈来愈大规模的商品采购 ,给我国企业和产品走向国际市场提供了一条新的、有效的路径。但是 ,要进入跨国公司的供应链 ,必须要熟悉跨国公司的采购标准 ,适应其采购规则 ,特别是要做好产品国际认证 ,积极开展网上贸易 ,建立网上信用 ;同时 ,我国政府部门要采取切实有效的措施 ,为跨国采购提供更好的支持和服务。In recent years the transnational corporations are making more and more goods procurement in our country, which provides a new and effective means for our country's enterprises and commodities to go towards global market. But to enter the transnational corporation's supply chain, we have to get acquainted with transnational corporation's procurement standard, suit its procurement rules, especially to make the goods' international certificate, to do trade on line, to establish net credit. At the same time our government should take effective measures to provide better support and service for the transnational corporation's procurement.
