摘  要:城市内小流域是城市生态系统的重要组成部分。城市小流域的合理规划和综合整治,是城市水土保持和城市可持续的重要途径。清水溪是流经重庆市主城区的一条河流,流域污染严重,环境恶化,已严重影响城市形象,制约城市发展。本文在界定城市内小流域概念的基础上,对清水溪小流域综合整治的措施及环境效益进行了分析。认为城市内小流域的综合整治应以通过恢复小流域生态系统为目标;城市内小流域综合整治的效益分析,应从生态、经济和社会等几方面进行评价。Since the small watershed within city is an important part of urban ecosystem, the rational planning and comprehensive harness of these small watershed within city are important way to prevent water and soil loss and to facilitate sustainable development of the city. The Qingshui stream flows through the urban area of Chongqing city, and it has the problems such as heavy pollutions and environment deterioration, which becomes the barriers of city development. Based on the definition of the conception of the small watershed within city, the comprehensive harness and environmental benefits are analysis. The result shows that the small watershed within city should be repaired by the way of ecosystem renovation, and the benefits analysis should be taken in the aspects of ecology, economy and society.
