中国林蛙皮多糖类天然保湿因子的提取与鉴定

摘　　要：采用复合酶解法从中国林蛙皮中分离提取出天然保湿因子,并采用红外吸收光谱法对天然保湿因子进行了定性测试,采用咔唑(cabazole)法和Elson-Morgan法对天然保湿因子的含量及纯度进行了测定。结果表明:采用本研究方法分离、提纯的天然保湿因子为透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid,HA),其外观呈白色粉末状,葡糖醛酸含量43.2％,氨基葡糖含量39.7％,无臭、无味、无毒,具有强保湿性,可应用于保健食品、化妆品及眼科药物。Natural moist factor was extracted from Rana-Skin using composition enzymolysis method, and its nature, content and purity were determined using infrared ray absorption method, and Carbazole method and Elson-Morgan method.The result shows that this natural moist factor is hyaluronic acid(HA) . It is white powder,smelless,poisonless,and strong in keeping moisture. It contains 43.2% of glucuronic acid, and 39.7 % of amino-glucose. It can be used in health food, cosmetics keeping moisture and ophthalmo-logical medicine.
