摘 要:目的 :探讨 2 4 5 0MHz、10mW·cm 2 微波全身照射条件下 ,J0 0 5A电磁波屏蔽织物对小鼠骨髓细胞周期、有核细胞数及GM CFU的防护效果 .方法 :将BALB/c雄性小鼠随机分为防护组、单照射组和假照射组 .将J0 0 5A电磁波屏蔽织物防护组和单照射组一起接受微波照射 ,每日 1次 ,每次 6 0min ,共 15d .最后 1次辐照后 12h活杀小鼠 ,取出骨髓细胞进行有核细胞计数 ,测定GM CFU形成能力 ,流式细胞仪测定细胞周期变化 .数据进行方差分析 .结果 :2 4 5 0MHz、10mW·cm 2 微波辐照后①小鼠骨髓有核细胞数明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,GM CFU形成能力增强 ,G1期细胞减少 ,S期细胞增多 ;②使用J0 0 5A电磁波屏蔽织物后 ,骨髓GM CFU形成能力明显高于单照射组和假照射组 (P <0 0 1) ,G2 期细胞明显增多 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :2 4 5 0MHz、10mW·cm 2 微波可引起受照小鼠骨髓有核细胞的减少 ,而J0 0AIM: To discuss the protective effects of J005 A electromagnetic wave shield textile (JEWST) on the bone marrow cell cycle, the n umber of nucleated cells and the ability of GM-CFU in mice by 2450 MHz, 10 mW·c m -2 microwave total body exposure. METHODS: BALB/c male mi ce were randomly divided into protection group, exposure group and control group . With microwave, the mice of protection group (with JEWST) and exposure group w ere irradiated together, 60 min each time, once a day for 15 days. 12 hours afte r the last exposure, the mice were killed. Their bone marrow was observed, the n umber of nucleated cells was counted and the ability of GM-CFU and the change of cell cycle were mensurated. The data obtained from the experiment were analyzed through ANOVA. RESULTS: After the exposure of 2450 MHz, 10 mW· cm -2 microwave, the number of nucleated cells of bone marrow decreased sha rply, the ability of GM-CFU increased, the number of cells in G 1-period decrea sed and the number of cells in S-period increased. With JEWST, the ability of GM -CFU obviously were stronger than that of exposure group and control group and t he number of cells in G 2-period and S-period evidently increased. CONC LUSION: 2450 MHz, 10 mW·cm -2 microwave can decrease the number of nucleated cells of bone marrow of mice. The JEWST has some protective effects on microwave radiation.
