摘  要:目的 :探讨高压氧对长跑运动员急性疲劳恢复过程的影响。方法 :1 8名健康男性长跑运动员 ,随机分为高压氧组、高压空气组和常压空气组 ,每天一组长跑 2 5km。在长跑前、长跑结束后即刻、吸高压氧后以及恢复后期测心率、血尿素氮和血乳酸及记录主观疲劳感。结果 :长跑结束后所有受试者心率均增至 1 75次 /分以上 ,血尿素氮 (BUN)增至 8 6mmol/L以上 ,血乳酸 (BL)增至9 8mmol/L以上 ,自觉很累 ,肌肉酸痛。吸用高压氧后 ,各项指标的改善与高压空气组和常压空气组相比更加明显 (P <0 0 1 ) ,疲劳感和肌肉酸痛基本消失。结论 :高压氧对运动员急性疲劳的恢复过程有明显促进作用。Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on recovery of acute fatigue in long-distance runners. Methods Eighteen healthy male long-distance runners were randomly assigned to three groups, Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) group, High Pressure Air (HPA) group and Normal Pressure Air (NPA) group. After 25 km running, the subjects (except for NPA group) were exposed to a hyperbaric environment of 2 5 ATA for 60 min, inspiring pure oxygen (P ⅠO 2= 2 5 ATA; HBO group) or high pressure air (P ⅠO 2=0 5 ATA; HPA group), and the subjects in NPA group were exposed to a chamber for 60 min, inspiring normal pressure air (P ⅠO 2 = 0.21 ATA ). Their heart rates (HR), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood lactate (BL) were determined before and after running and post-treatment. Results The HR of all runners were more than 175 beats·min -1 , BUN and BL were more than 8 6 mmol/L and 9 8 mmol/L respectively at the end of running. All indexes in HBO group were much more improvement than those in HPA group and NPA group.Conclusion HBO can markedly promote recovery of acute fatigue in long-distance runners. Linear regression analysis showed that the feeling of fatigue was correlated with the level of BUN and BL (r=0 86,P<0 01;r=0 94,P<0 01)
