深圳市980名小学生家长吸烟状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的　了解学生家长吸烟的状况 ,为在家庭环境中进行少年学生控烟干预活动提供信息和依据。方法　采用自拟的问卷调查表 ,调查了深圳市 980名 7～ 1 2岁小学生的家庭吸烟状况。结果　 68.98%的学生父亲吸烟 ,仅有 0 .5 1 %的学生母亲吸烟 :家长吸烟的原因以习惯型者占首位 ;大多数学生对家长、同学吸烟的态度是正确的 ;有 2 6.0 8%的学生认为本班同学中有人吸烟。结论　多数学生的家庭环境对预防学生吸烟有负面影响。为了搞好少年学生的控烟工作 ,保障少年、儿童的身心健康 ,对学生家长进行吸烟有害健康的干预活动是一个重点。妇幼保健机构、健康教育部门、社区卫生服务点 ,应针对家长不同的吸烟原因 。Objective To understand the conditions of parents smoking of pupil,so as to provide basis for prevention measures of pupil smoking.Method The parents of 980 Shenzhen pupils,aged 7 to 12,were studied using a questionnaire regarding their smoking habits.Results The percentage of fathers that smoke is 68.98% and mothers 0.51%.The main reason given for smoking is 'habit'.Most of the pupils believe that smoking is bad for their health and are against smoking.However, 26.08 % of pupils believe that smoking exists amongst their classmates.Conclusion In most family situations,parent's smoking habits have a negative effect on their children.It is important for parents to quit smoking with a preventative program.To provide a healthy lifestyle for their children,maternal and children health hospital,department of health education,and the community health service department should incorporate with comprehensive methods according to various reasons of parents smoking.
