摘　　要：目的 :探讨机遇性肺炎的发病原因 ,病理基础和X线诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 :对恶性肿瘤放化疗导致的 38例机遇性肺炎进行临床及X线分析。结果 :均在某种恶性肿瘤的基础上出现不同程度的肺炎症状。X线表现为不规则大片状、斑片状、弥漫性斑片状及球形肿块状影。抗炎治疗完全吸收 2 3例 ,明显消散 1 4例 ,治疗中死亡 1例。结论 :发病原因为放化疗使人体免疫机能降低所致 ,病理基础是炎性渗出性病变 ,经胸部X线片发现 。Objective:To investigate the cause, pathological basis and X ray diagnosis of opportunistic pneumonia.Methods:38 cases of opportunistic pneumonia caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumors are analyzed according to the clinic and X ray presentations.Results:Symptoms of pneumonia of various degrees are presented on the basis of a certain malignant tumor. The X ray presentation is shade of large or small patches with blurred border or spherical masses. Complete absorption occurred in 23 cases, obvious dissipation in 14 cases and death in 1 case.Conclusion:The reason for opportunistic pneumonia is the reduction of the immune function caused by radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The pathologic base is inflammatory exudative change.It's discovered by means of thoracic plain films and obvious effect can be achieved after anti inflammation treatment.
