摘　　要：目的 :探讨DR静脉尿路造影诊断输尿管阴性结石的价值。方法 :利用DR设备行静脉尿路造影检查 1 80例 ,男1 2 3例 ,女 57例 ,年龄 8～ 75岁 ,平均 41岁。造影中动态透视观察 ,DR点片 ,2例造影后又行CT检查。所有病例均经手术或CT扫描证实。结果 :利用DR检查 ,发现输尿管阴性结石 42例 ,占 1 80例输尿管结石 2 3 .33 % ,超过以往文献报道的约1 0 %。输尿管阴性结石X线表现分为五型 :①输尿管某段突然狭窄型 1 8例 ;②充盈缺损型 1 3例 ;③输尿管间嵴增宽伴全程输尿管不同程度扩张型 6例 ;④一侧肾盂肾盏不显影型 4例 ;⑤结石染色型 1例。结论 :DR在造影中可做动态观察 ,利用DR行IVU检查可以更容易发现输尿管阴性结石 。Objective:To investigate the value of digital radiography (DR) on diagnosing radiolucent ureteral calculus by excretory urography (IVU).Methods:A total of 180 cases were carried out IVU with DR, including 123 men and 57 women aged 8～75 years (mean 41).Digital fluoroscopy and dynamic digital radiography have been carried out.All the above results were attested by operation or plain CT scan.Results:Among the 180 cases,42 cases were of radiolucent ureteral calculus, radiolucent calculus accounted for 23.33% of cases,which was much higher than 10% reported in the literature.On digital IVU,the signs indicating radiolucent ureteral calculus were as follow five types: abrupt narrowing of a segment of ureter in 18 cases; filling defect in 13 cases; thickened interureteric ridge and length opacification of unilateral with dilatation vary in 6 cases; unilateral obstructive in 4 cases; calculous staining in 1 case.Conclusion:The IVU with DR is of great clinical value in diagnosing radiolucent ureteral calculus and can help finding more valuable information.
