摘 要:目的 :研究我国小儿常见结缔组织病患者B19病毒感染的状况及其临床意义 .方法 :用巢式PCR法对 95例小儿常见结缔组织病患者进行B19 DNA检测 ,对其中 5 0例患者同时进行B19主要衣壳蛋白抗体IgM (B19 VP2 IgM )检测 .结果 :病例组 95例 ,B19 DNA阳性 34例 (36 % ) ,健康对照组 5 0例 ,B19 DNA阳性 2例 (4% ) ;病例组B19 DNA阳性率与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) .病例组B19 VP2 IgM检测 5 0例 ,阳性 11例 (2 2 % ) ,健康对照组B19 VP2 IgM均为阴性 ;B19 VP2 IgM阳性率与对照组相比有显著差异(P <0 .0 1) .5种疾病间B19 DNA及B19 VP2 IgM阳性率无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .5 0例患者B19 DNA ,B19 VP2 IgM同时检测结果 :10例B19 DNA ,B19 VP2 IgM均阳性 ,1例仅B19 VP2 IgM阳性 ,7例仅B19 DNA阳性 .病例组B19阳性率为 37% (35 / 95 ) .结论 :我国结缔组织疾病患儿有较高的B19感染率 .B19与小儿结缔组织病密切相关 ,可能是导致这些疾病的主要病原体之一 .AIM: To study human parvovirus B19 (B19) infection situation of Chinese children with common connective tissue diseases and its clinical sense. METHODS: Nested PCR was used to detect B19 DNA in 95 children with connective tissue diseases. B19 VP2 IgM in 50 patients sera was detected by ELISA. RESULTS: ① Thirty four (36%) of the 95 patients in the case group and 2 (4%) of the 50 healthy children in the control group were positive for B19 DNA ( P <0.01). ② Eleven (22%) of the 50 patients in the case group and none of the children in the control group were positive for B19 VP2 IgM ( P <0.01). ③ There was no difference in the positive rates of B19 DNA and B19 VP2 IgM among the five types of children's common connective tissue diseases ( P >0.05). ④ Of 50 patients in the case group whose B19 DNA and B19 VP2 IgM were tested, 10 were positive for both B19 DNA and B19 VP2 IgM. B19 infection rate of the case group was 37%(35/95). CONCLUSION: ① The B19 infection rate of Chinese children with common connective tissue diseases is higher. ② There is a close relationship between B19 and childrens common connective tissue diseases. B19 may be one of the major pathogenic agents of these diseases.
