摘　　要：目的 :观察吗替麦考霉盼酸醋 (MMF)治疗IgA肾病的疗效 .方法 :IgA肾病患者 9例均经肾活检证实 ,病理为重度系膜增生性肾炎、局灶节段性肾小球硬化、系膜毛细血管性肾炎 ,采用激素联合MMF(1.0～ 1.5 g·d-1)治疗 ,随访6～ 12mo ,观察全血细胞记数、2 4h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣红细胞 (RBC)记数、血肌酐 (Scr)、尿素氮 (BUN)、肝功能及血脂 .结果 :患者 9例中 4例尿蛋白、尿红细胞获得完全缓解 ,5例为部分缓解 ,其中 1例肾功能轻度损害治疗后恢复正常 .结论 :MMF对病理改变较重的IgA肾病近期有较好疗效 .AIM: To observe the efficacy of MMF in the therapy for IgA nephropathy. METHODS: Nine patients with IgA nephropathy was diagnosed by renal biopsy. The pathological alteration was the acute membrane proliferative nephritis, focal segmental glomerular sclerosis and mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis. The patients were treated with hormone combined with MMF(1.0～1.5 g·d -1 ) and followed up 6～12 months. Whole blood cell count,urine protein fixed quantity in 24 hours, sedimentary red blood cell count in urinary, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, renal function and blood lipid were observed. RESULTS: Of the nine patients, a complete remission of urine protein and urine red cell in four patients and a partial remission in the rest five were achieved. One patient with mild renal function damage recovered. CONCLUSION: Observations show MMF has a well efficacy in the therapy for IgA nephropathy in severe pathological alteration. A further study should be conducted.
