雌激素与免疫增强剂联合治疗女性灼口综合征42例疗效观察  被引量:2

摘  要:目的  探讨雌激素与免疫增强剂对女性灼口综合征的治疗效果。 方法  将 6 8例患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 4 2例 ,采用尼尔雌醇 2mg口服 ,每周 1次 ,安宫黄体酮 10mg肌内注射 ,每周 2次 ,转移因子 2ml肌内注射 ,每周 2次。对照组 2 6例 ,给予谷维素 2 0mg、维生素B12 0mg、安定5mg ,1次 d ,口服。 2组均 3个月为 1疗程。治疗 2个疗程后评价疗效。结果  治疗组 4 2例中 ,痊愈 2 8例 (6 6 .6 7% ) ,好转 10例 (2 3.80 % ) ,无效 4例 (9.5 2 % ) ,总有效率 90 .4 7%。对照组 2 6例中 ,15例好转 (5 7.6 9% ) ,无效 11例 (42 .31% ) ,总有效率为 5 7.6 9%。 2组疗效比较 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论  内分泌紊乱及免疫功能下降是引起灼口综合征重要因素。雌激素和免疫增强剂是治疗女性灼口综合征安全。Objective To observe the curative effects of female hormone and immunopotentiator on female buring mouth.Methods 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,42 cases were treated with nylestriol of 2mg through oral administration once a week,intramuscular injection twice a week.In the contrast group,26 cases were treated with oral administration of orgzanol 20mg,vitamin B1 20mg and tranquilizer once a day.Three months constitutes a course of treatment in both groups.The curative effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results Of the 42 cases in the treatment group,28 cases were cured (66.67%),10 cases got improved(23.80%),4 cases got no effective treatment(9.52%).The total effective rate was 90.47%,while of the 26 cases in the contrast group,15 got improved (57.69%) and other 11 cases got no effects (42.31%).The total effective rate was 57.69%(P<0.01).Conclusion Endocrine disturbance and the decrease in immunologic functions are the main causes of female burning mouth syndrome.Female hormone and immunopotentiator have proven to be safe and effective in treating this kind of disease.
