摘 要:目的 探讨血中DNA碱性增色效应和血清中过氧化物脂质丙二醛 (MDA)浓度与老龄化及其疾病的相关性。以验证中医理论“元气”虚衰是肿瘤形成的致病原因的科学性。方法 对 5 9例健康者和 5 7例患者分别采用TBA比色法测定血清MDA含量 ,Butou’s法测定血中DNA碱性增色效应。并将实验数据进行统计学处理。结果 高龄健康组和恶性肿瘤组DNA碱性增色效应和血清MDA含量显著高于相应对照组 ,其差异均具有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,健康组二项检测指标与年龄间呈显著正相关。结论 MDA既参与衰老过程 ,也参与恶性肿瘤的发病过程 ,DNA结构不稳定为恶性肿瘤发生提供了分子生物学基础。DNA碱性增色效应和血清MDA含量随着年龄的增长而增高 ,与“元气”虚衰的程度呈显著正相关 ,可作为衰老及衡量“元气”Objective It is to investigate the relationship among DNA base increasing effect, serum Maldendialdehyde (MDA) and aging diseases and verify the scientific that onset of tumor is attributable to lack of vital energy. Methods MDA of fifty-nine normal cases and fifty-eight patients were examined with TBA methods and their DNA base increasing effect was examined with Butou's method. Results Compared with control group, both DNA base increasing effect and serum MDA increased significantly (P<0.001) in old-age normal group and malignant tumor group. DNA base increasing effect and serum MDA were significantly related to age in control group. Conclusion MDA take part in aging and onset of malignant tumor by damaging DNA structure. DNA base increasing effect and increase of serum MDA is related with rising of age and is negatively correlation to level of vitality. They may be regarded as parameter of aging and vitality.
