治肝灵口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎106例

摘　　要：观察治肝灵口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。将 2 0 1例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组 10 6例 ,对照组 95例。两组常规应用肝得健、维生素类药物。治疗组加用治肝灵口服液 ,疗程12周。结果 :治疗组与对照组比较 ,其症状消失时间、肝功能复常率、肝纤维化指标改善疗效明显优于对照组。提示治肝灵口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎可明显改善临床症状 ,提高肝功能复常率 。To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Zhiganling Oral Liquid' in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,201 cases were randomized into treatment group with 106 cases and control group with 95 cases.The two groups were given eessentiale and vitamins.In addition,'Zhiganling Oral Liquid' was used in treatment group.All treatments were given for 12 weeks.Results:Compared with control group,in treatment group the period for symptom disappearance was shorter,live function recovery rate was higher and indexes concerning liver fibrosis improved obviously,all with significant differences.
