摘　　要：以铁道部电气化工程局为研究背景,在分析其现状的基础上,应用系统分析的方法,通过建立施工效率的解释结构模型,分析得出影响施工效率的主次因素,并提出了提高施工效率的具体措施。On the basis of research of Electric Railroad Construction Bureau, the article analyses its existing problems, and with the theory of system analysis, establishes the interpretation structure mode of construction efficiency, and analyses main impact factors, and also provides specific methods to improve the construction efficiency.
