摘  要:以奉化'玉露'和'湖景蜜露'桃为试材,分别在盛花后45d和55d采集桃幼胚,以MS+2%蔗糖+0.75%琼脂为基本培养基,其中加入不同浓度配比的NAA和BA为调节激素。并置培养基于(26±1)℃,光照强度2000~3000lx,16h/8h光暗周期的环境下,研究激素配比、品种、取样时间对桃子叶再生能力的影响,并对不定芽发生部位进行了观察。结果表明:NAA0.25mg/L+BA5.0mg/L、NAA1.0mg/L+BA5.0mg/L、NAA0.50mg/L+BA10.0mg/L3种激素配比有利于桃子叶再生;'玉露'的再生能力较高于'湖景蜜露',盛花后55d的幼胚子叶比花后45d的幼胚子叶稍易再生;桃幼胚子叶不定芽可产生于子叶的背茎面、向茎面等各部位。The article concerted on some factors affecting the regeneration of immature cotyledons from peach. The immature cotyledons (45 days and 55 days respectively after full bloom) of peach (Prunus persica cv. Yulu and Hujingmilu ) were cultured on MS media supplemented with 2% sucrose and 0.75% agar and NAA and BA in various combinations. Cultures were incubated at (26±1) ℃ with 16/8 h light/dark cycles of approximately 20003000 lx. The result showed that 3 types of NAA and BA combinations (NAA 0.25 mg/L + BA 5.0 mg/L, NAA 1.0 mg/L + BA 5.0 mg/L, NAA 0.50 mg/L + BA 10.0 mg/L) were favorable to shoots differentiation. The regeneration ability of 'Yulu' peach was higher than that of 'Hujingmilu', and the regeneration frequencies of 55days immature cotyledons ('Yulu') were little higher than that of 45days. Shoots can regenerate from every part of cotyledons, such as the abaxial side and adaxial side. 
