摘　　要：介绍了富春江水力发电厂泄洪闸门计算机监控系统的设计、调试和运行情况,指出了该系统发挥的功能和作用。该系统采用远方控制、集中控制和现地控制三级控制方式,具有现地控制、集中控制、远方控制、自诊断和自恢复、远程诊断等功能,已于2002年4月投入正式运行。After introducing the design, debugging, and operation of the spillway gate monitoring & control system at the Fuchunjiang Hydropower Plant, this paper indicates the functions of this system. This system adopts a three-grade control mode, including remote control, concentrated control, and local control. It has been into operation since April, 2002, and it has such functions as local control, concentrated control, remote control, self-diagnosis, self-recovery, remote diagnosis, etc.
