赤芍总苷对大鼠血小板功能的影响

摘　　要：为了研究赤芍总苷对血小板聚集功能的影响,采用比浊法观察赤芍总苷对大鼠血小板聚集功能的作用,用放射免疫法观察对大鼠TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α、ET水平的作用,并用硝酸还原酶法测定大鼠血清中NO的浓度。结果发现,赤芍总苷能降低ADP诱导的血小板最大聚集强度,降低大鼠血浆中TXB2的浓度,同时升高血浆中6-keto-PGF1α的水平,调节大鼠血清NO/ET的平衡。实验证明,赤芍总苷有明显降低大鼠血小板聚集的作用。To study the effect of total glucosides of radix paeonieae rubra(TGRP) on platelet function of rats,turbidimetric method was applied to observe the effect of TGRP on platelet aggregation of rats,while radioimmunoassay was applied to observe the levels of TXB2/6ketoPGF1αand ET in plasma,and the content of NO in serum was determined by the nitrate reductase method. It was found that TGRP could inhibit the platelet aggregation MA induced by ADPNa, improve the level of plasma 6ketoPGF1αwhile reduce TXB2, and regulate the balance of NO/ET. The experiment proved that total glucosides of radix paeonieae could improve the platelet function of rats.
