摘　　要：在仿真研究的基础上对ECT传感器的 4个重要参数即极板张角θ ,绝缘管道材料的相对介电常数εpw,绝缘管道壁厚度R2 -R1,以及屏蔽罩与电容极板间的间距R3 -R2 ,进行了具有交互作用的正交试验 ,用方差分析法得出了这 4个参数及它们的交互作用在迭代和多元线性回归两种成像算法下对成像质量的影响 ,最后给出了试验得到的传感器结构的优化参数·实验表明在此传感器优化方法的基础上得到的重建图像质量有明显的提高·The importance of the four parameters to the design of ECT sensors,e.g. the radian of electrodes, θ, the permittivity of insulating pipe material, ε pw , the thickness of pipe wall, R 2-R 1, and the distance between earthed screen and electrodes, R 3-R 2, was studied using orthogonal experiment with interaction of factors. The four parameters and their interaction have different affect on the quality of images reconstructed by different reconstruction algorithm based on, for example, iterative method and muti -linear regression method. The optimum parameters were obtained. The optimum parameters can improve the quality of reconstructed images.
