摘　　要：为满足铁水预处理工艺对混铁车内衬耐材的要求 ,宝钢 3 2 0t混铁车内衬耐火材料经过了几次改进。文章介绍炼钢工艺对混铁车的炉龄、耐火材质的影响情况 ,分析了炉内各部位耐火材料的损毁状况和主要原因 ,并就其对策进行了论述 。The refactroies lining of the 320t torpedo cars at Baosteel have been improved to meet the demands of metal pretreatment in the torpedo cars.The paper is concerned with the influence of steelmaking technology on the life of furnace and quality of refractory material.The erosion condition of the refractories lining of different part in furnace and main causes are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward and the management method for repair of lining in torpedo cars is described.
