长寿命水煤浆燃烧器的实验研究

摘　　要：现在水煤浆技术已经进入了全面的工业推广应用阶段 ,但在推广应用过程中 ,水煤浆燃烧器却存在使用寿命短、偶尔堵塞等缺点。针对这些问题 ,研制了长寿命的CWS Ⅱ系列水煤浆专用燃烧器 ,并对燃烧器的主要性能进行了实验研究。实验结果显示 :该系列燃烧器具有使用寿命长、不堵塞 ,雾化质量及燃烧效率高等特点。Coal water slurry(CWS)is being in the stage of industrial popularization.But some demerits restrained the rapid utilization of CWS.These demerits include the combustor's wearing,jamming and unsatisfactory atomizing quality.In order to defeat these demerits,a new series CWS combustors(CWS-Ⅱ)has been developed and experimentally studied.It has been proved that the new series combustors have more superiority,such as combustor's longer duration,higher atomizing quality,and jamming free ability,both by experiments and industrial applications.
