摘 要:对A35 6铝合金液态与半固态压铸成形件在压铸态和T6热处理态下的力学性能与微观组织进行了研究。试验得出 ,与液态压铸成形件相比 ,半固态压铸成形件可以获得更佳的综合力学性能 ;经同样T6热处理后 ,两者抗拉强度都得到提高 ,伸长率下降 ,但半固态压铸成形件抗拉强度提高的幅度更大 ,伸长率降低得更少。The microstructure and mechanical properties of the products made of A356 aluminum alloy by the two different forming methods (semi solid casting and liquid die casting) under state of casting and T6 heat treatment has been studied.It shows that the semi solid castings have better mechanical property than that of the liquid die castings.After the same T6 treatment,both of them increase in strength and decrease in elongation.However,the semi solid castings increase in strength more than that of liquid die castings and decrease in elongation less than the later,meanwhile the mechanism of why the semi solid castings are superiors to the liquid die castings is also discussed from the microcosmic view.
