摘　　要：在Cr4 + :YAG被动调Q的Nd :YAG激光器中分别插入CLBO晶体进行腔内倍频 ,通过改变谐振腔的结构和参数 ,获得不同情况下输出的 0 .5 3 μm绿光脉冲 。The intracavity frequency doubled of CLBO crystal was studied in passive Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with a Cr 4+ :YAG saturable absorber.By changing the resonator and its parameters,the green laser pulses at 0.53μm were obtained respectively under the different conditions and the experimental results were analyzed comparatively.
