摘　　要：以注凝成型技术为基础,研究99氧化铝陶瓷基极的制备工艺,实验研究了影响料浆性能及坯体均匀性的因素,确定了合理的制备工艺参数。In this paper, the preparation of 99% alumina substrate was studied on the base of the technique of gel-casting. The factors influencing slurry property and homogeneity of the green bodies were also studied by the experiments, by which the proper technical parameters of preparation were determined.
