摘  要:研究了有机硅酮树脂SFR100对四溴双酚A双(2,3-二溴丙基)醚(TBAB)和Sb2O3阻燃ABS性能的影响。结果表明,SFR 100可有效提高或改善TBAB/Sb2O3阻燃ABS的阻燃性能、冲击强度和加工性能。在TBAB/Sb2O3质量比为3:1,TBAB用量为14%的阻燃ABS中,SFR 100的适宜用量为4%,此时,阻燃ABS的氧指数、冲击强度和熔融指数分别从29.2、11.2KJ/m2和3.28g/10min提高到31.8、15.1KJ/m2和3.72g/10min,弯曲强度仅从65.0MPa下降至64.0MPa,但拉伸强度从43.8MPa下降到33.3MPa。The effect of organic silicone resin SFR 100 on properties of flame retardant ABS based on tetrabrom-bisphenol A dis (2, 3 - dibromopyl) ether (TBAB) and antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) was studied. It was found that SFR 100 can improve flame retardancy, impact strength and processability of flame retardant ABS based on TBAB and Sb2O3 efficiently. The suitable content of SFR 100 was 4% in the flame retardant ABS system that contained 14wt% TBAB and 4.7wt% Sb2O3.The oxygen index (OI) , impact strength and melt index (MI) of the flame retardant ABS increased to 31.8, 15.1KJ/m2 and 3.72g/10min from 29.2, 11.2KJ/m2 and 3.28g/10min respectively; the flexural strength decreased only to 64.0MPa from 65.0MPa; and the tensile strength of flame retardant ABS decreased to 33.3MPa from 43.8MPa.
