祛斑洁颜胶囊的薄层鉴别和黄芩苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的 :建立祛斑洁颜胶囊 (黄芩 ,柴胡 ,当归 ,赤芍 ,红花等 )的质量标准。方法 :采用HPLC法对祛斑洁颜胶囊中的黄芩苷进行了含量测定 ,以C1 8化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,以甲醇 水 磷酸 (47∶53∶0 .2 )为流动相 ,测定波长 2 80nm ;同时对制剂中的柴胡、当归、赤芍和红花进行了薄层鉴别。结果 :平均加样回收率为 1 0 2 .2 0 % ,RSD为 2 .1 8% ;薄层图谱斑点清晰 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 :方法可靠 ,操作简便 ,重现性良好 。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Qubanjieyan Capsules(Radix Scutellariae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Flos Carthami, etc.) Methods: Baicalin in Qubanjieyan Capsules was determined by HPLC with methol H 2O H 3PO 4(85∶15∶0.2) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was set at 280nm, while Radix Bupleuri, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Flos Carthami were identified by TLC. Results: The average recovery rate and RSD were 102.20% and 2.18%, respectively. The TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion: The results are fast and simple with good reproducibility, and the method can be used for quality control of the Qubanjieyan capsules.
