摘  要:目的 探讨营养不良、肥胖对学龄前期儿童生理机能的影响。 方法 测量 1913例儿童身高、体重、心率、呼吸率、血压、肺活量、血红蛋白及运动负荷试验 ,比较营养不良、肥胖及正常儿童的各项生理机能指标。 结果  3种营养状况儿童的心率、呼吸率、血红蛋白差异无显著性( P>0 .0 5 ) ;收缩压、舒张压、脉压差和肺活量差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1) ,肥胖儿童各项数值高 ,正常儿童次之 ,营养不良儿童最低 ;运动负荷试验运动后 1min和 10 min心率恢复 ,肥胖儿童最慢 ,营养正常儿童次之 ,营养不良儿童最快 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。 结论 儿童的营养状况对儿童的生理机能有影响 ,宜积极采取措施对小儿营养不良和肥胖症进行预防和干预。Objective To explore the effects of malnutrition and obesity on preschool children physiological function. Methods Height,weight,heart rate,respiratory rate,blood pressure,vital capacity,hemoglobin and work load test of 1 913 children were investigated.Physiological functions among the malnutrition,obesity,and healthy groups were compared. Results After comparing with physiological Functions of the malnutrition, theobesity and the healthy groups, there were no significant differcnce on heart rate, respiratory rate and hemoglobin were found. There were significant difference on systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse pressure and vital capacity among the three groups. All factors were the highest in obesity group, second in healthy group, and the lowest in malnutrition group. The heart rate recovery time was the most rapid in the malnutrition group after work load test, second in the healthy and the lowest in obesity. Conclusion Children's nutrition status will affect their physiological function. Malnutrition and obesity should be prevented.
