摘  要:将红外光谱分析中“独立峰”差谱法应用于可见光区混合物谱峰的分离和测定。数据用微机处理。结果表明:此方法对于吸光度具有加合性的混合体系中单一组分含量的测定,准确度良好。对桔子粉中柠檬黄、胭脂红两种色素联合测定,其回收率分别为93.1%~99.3%和99.1%~112.6%。相对标准偏差分别为1.25%和0.00%。'Single peak' of absorbance subtraction method in infrared spectrometry was used to determine mixtures in visible and ultraviolet spectra. Data were processed with a computer. The result showed that the accuracy of this method was good for determining multiple component mixtures. Lemon yellow and carmine in orange powder were simultaneously determinated with this method, the recovery rate was 93.1%~99.3% and 99.1%~112.6%, respectively. The relative standard deviation was 1.25%~0.00%.
