摘　　要：总结了研究制备色谱流型的 4种方法。综述了影响制备色谱流型的各种因素 ,包括装柱技术、柱头设计、柱形、温度。The methods of studying flow profile of preparative chromatography were summarized. The factors affecting flow profile were reviewed and commented, including the technique of packing column, the design of column head, the shape of columns, temperature and sample viscosity.
