不同覆种材料对烤烟漂浮育苗生长发育的影响

摘　　要：20 0 0 2 0 0 1年 ,在河南农业大学实验站进行了不同覆种材料对烤烟漂浮育苗中烟苗生长发育和生理特性影响的研究。结果表明 ,烤烟漂浮育苗采用蛭石覆种效果好于基质覆种。蛭石覆种可以明显增加烟苗茎高和单株茎鲜重 ,显著降低螺旋根发生率 ,增加叶绿素含量 ,提高硝酸还原酶、超氧化物歧化酶和蔗糖转化酶活性 。The experiments on effects of different covering materials on growth and development of flue-cured tobacco seedlings in floating system were conducted in Henan Agricultural University Experiment Station during 2000-2001. The results showed that the vermiculite cover was better than medium cover. The growth of tobacco seedlings was obviously promoted, the root vigor and activity of NR, SOD and INV were improved, and contents of chlorophyll and mineral elements in tobacco leaves were also increased by vermiculite-covering.
