摘  要:本文用自组装的自动进样分析仪研究5-Br-PADAP-OP-Zn(或Cu)体系的反应特性及适宜条件,建立了谷物、人发中锌、铜的连续测定方法。当样品中Zn/Cu的比率>4,用该方法测铜、锌互不干扰,在头发中Cu、Zn的回收率从93%~101%。A successive determination of Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) using automatic sampling spectrophotometry was developed. The conditions of color reaction for Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) with 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol in the presence of OP have been studied. This method has been applied to direct determination of Zn and Cu in hair and grain, Zn and Cu do not interfere with each other if the ratio of Zn and Cu is greater than 4. The recovery of Cu and Zn in hair is 93% to 101%.
