摘　　要：对黄芪成分 F3新制剂中多糖、蛋白质进行了工艺监测 ,多糖提取达 99.2 % ,蛋白质≤ 0 .2 % ,符合黄芪成分 F3的质量标准要求 ,达到了选择最佳提取工艺的目的 。Technological monitoring measurement of polysaccharide and protein in new preparation component F3 of the astragalus membranaceus was studied. The astragalus polysaccharide (APS) and protein extraction collected is 99.2% and ≤0.2%,respectively.It accords with the standard for the component F3 of the astragalus membranaceus and the best technological process for the purification was achieved. The results are satisfactory.
