摘 要:本文开发了6-羟基水杨酸-EDTA导数荧光法测定铽、镝的新体系,铽、镝的检测限分别达到1和50ng/ml,较常规荧光法的灵敏度提高了3和4倍,铽(584nm)和镝(577nm)的两荧光峰也得到良好分离,互不干扰测定。应用本法测定了稀土矿物等试样,回收率为96%~108%,相对标准偏差小于4.2%。Derivative fluorimctric determination of Tb^(3+) and Dy^(3+) with salicylic acid-ethyl-enediaminetetraacetic acid system has been investigated. The experimental results show that derivative fluorimetry can enhance the sensitivity of Tb^(3+) and Dy^(3+) than that of common fluorimetry by 3 and 4 times, respectively, due to decreasing blank value of reagent. The detection limit of Tb^(3+) and Dy^(3+) was 1 and 50 ng/ml, respectively. In derivative fluorimetry, fluorescence peak of Tb^(3+) at 584 nm and that of Dy^(3+) a 577 nm(△λ only 7 nm) could be completely separated from each other and not interfere to determine these ions simultaneously. Using this method, the contents of Tb_4O_7 and Dy_2O_3 in fine ore of bastanasite and Gd_2O_3 were successfully determined by a standard addition method. The recovery of Tb^(3+) and Dy^(3+) was 96% and 108% with relative standard deviation below 4.2%.
