摘  要:本文采用PGS-2型2米平面光栅光谱仪和ICP光源联用,样品溶液以乙醇预去溶方式引入ICP,直接同时测定了高纯氧化铒中6个痕量稀土杂质。当样品溶液中Er_2O_3的浓度为5mg/ml时,测定下限为镨和钐为0.0010%,镝、钬、和铥为0.0020%,钇为0.00080%。分析结果令人满意,其相对标准偏差为4.4~6.8%。The direct simultaneous determination of six trace rare earth impurities in high purity erbium oxide was described, using a PGS-2 plate grating spectrograph equiped with an ICP source. The sample solution containing ethanol was introduced into the ICP with desolvation. For the sample solution containing 5mg/ml of Er_2O_3, the determination limits were 0.0010% for Pr_6O_(11) and Sm_2O_3, 0.0020% for Dy_2O_3, Ho_2O_3 and Tm_2O_3, 0.00080% for Y_2O_3. The accuracy was satisfactory and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 4.4%~6.8%.
