僵蚕粉胶囊加服龙蜂保肾汤消除蛋白尿的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究僵蚕粉胶囊加服龙蜂保肾汤消除肾病大鼠蛋白尿的作用及其机制。方法　选取4 0只Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、僵蚕粉胶囊加服龙蜂保肾汤大剂量治疗组和小剂量治疗组 ,每组 10只。除正常对照组外 ,其余各组均一次性尾静脉注射阿霉素复制肾病大鼠模型 ,观察各组对肾病性蛋白尿、血清白蛋白、胆固醇、尿素氮 (BUN)及肾脏组织形态学的影响 ,同时观察各组对肾组织匀浆和血清丙二醛 (MDA)含量的影响。结果　僵蚕粉胶囊加服龙蜂保肾汤可显著降低肾病大鼠蛋白尿 (P <0 .0 1) ,升高血清白蛋白 (P <0 .0 1) ,降低血清胆固醇及尿素氮 (P <0 .0 1) ,并可降低肾组织匀浆和血清中MDA含量 ,减轻肾脏病理损害。结论　僵蚕粉胶囊加服龙蜂保肾汤具有良好的控制蛋白尿的作用 。Objective To study the curative effect and mechanism of Jiangcan powder capsule combined with Longfengbaoshentang to eliminate albuminuria.Methods The experiment was conducted on 40 wistar rats. They were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, model group,high dose treated group and low dose treated group. There were ten rats in every group. Except for the normal group,the rest groups were given tail venal injections of adriamycin(ADR) and reproduce nephrotic syndrome(NS) rat modle in order to observe the effect of the herbal medicine for NS albuminuria, serum ALB, cholesterol, BUN and renal tissue morphology, at the same time to observe the effect of the drug for renal tissue size and the content of MDA in serum.Results The herbal medicine could remarkably decrease the NS rats'albuminuria(P<0.01), raise serum albumin(ALB)(P<0.01), reduce serum total cholesterol(TC) and urea nitrogen(BUN)(P<0.01). It could also decrease MDA content in serum and alleviate renal injury.Conclusion Jiangcan powder capsule combined with Longfeng baoshentang has good effect in controlling albuminuria,which is a comprehensive effect process.
