骨钻孔减压配合中药治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效分析

摘　　要：为评价骨钻孔减压配合中药应用治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效 ,对应用胫骨近端钻孔减压配合中药治疗的 2 5例膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用膝关节评分标准和胫骨髓腔造影等方法进行术前、术后评定对比 ,经 4～ 12个月随访 ,结果术前膝关节功能评定平均40 .2 3分 ,术后平均 89.3 1分 ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。提示该方法简单 ,创伤小 ,安全 ,是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的一种有效方法。In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of bone trephination decompression (BTD) and traditional Chinese drugs (TCD) on osteoarthritis of the knee (OAK), 25 patients with AOK treated by proximal tibia BTD and TCD were evaluated and compared with knee function scoring, tibial medullary cavity contrast examination, etc before and after operation. The follow-up of 4-12 months showed that the score of knee function before the operation averaged 40.23, while that after the operation averaged 89.31, and the difference treated statistically was significant (P < 0.05), suggesting that this method is an effective therapy for OAK because of its safety, simplicity but little injury.
