摘 要:为探讨不同部位自体游离骨膜修复关节软骨缺损的能力 ,用大耳白兔 3 2只 ,在股骨关节面造成 5mm× 8mm全层软骨缺损 ,分别行自体髂骨骨膜和胫骨骨膜游离移植术 ,术后 4、8周取材做组织学观察比较。结果两侧骨膜移植新生组织源均来自骨膜本身 ,属内源性修复。术后 8周自体髂骨骨膜移植侧、胫骨骨膜移植侧的优势组织性质分别为类透明软骨、幼稚软骨 ,前者形成软骨的质量优于后者。表明自体髂骨骨膜游离移植的成软骨能力优于自体胫骨骨膜 ,是较理想的自体骨膜游离移植取材部位。The aim of the paper is to compare the ability of free periosteal autografts taken from rabbit different sites to repair articular cartilage defect. Full thickness cartilage defects (5 mm × 8 mm) of the bilateral femoral articular surfaces were made in 32 white large-ear rabbits and repaired by free iliac periosteal autografting (IPA) and tibial periosteal autografting (TPA), respectively. Four and eight weeks after the grafting, the samplings were histologically observed and compared. The results showed that the new tissues of either IPA or TPA side came from the periosteum itself, belonging to the endogenous repair. Eight weeks after operation, the dominant tissues on the IPA and TPA sides were para-hyalline cartilage and juvenile cartilage, respectively. The cartilage quality formed by the former was better than that formed by the latter, indicating that IPA had an advantage over TPA in its cartilage-forming ability, being a rational donor site for free periosteal autograft.
