摘　　要：目的　探讨军事训练所致膝半月板损伤的特点及关节镜手术疗效。方法　 4 6例膝半月板损伤分为传统手术组、关节镜手术组 ,分别进行Lysholm评分 ,并比较疗效。结果　显示关节镜手术创伤小、较传统切开术式提前 2～ 3周康复 ,仅 2 0 %须行半月板全切术。传统手术组Lysholm评分平均 84 7分 ,而关节镜手术组平均 96 3分 ,疗效明显优越 (P <0 0 1)。结论　军事训练致膝半月板损伤 ,一方面应注意预防 ,另一方面应早期诊治 。Objective To present the characteristic of the knee meniscal injury in drill,and evaluate the curative effect of arthroscopic meniscectomy.Methods Forty-six patients with meniscus injury were divided into two groups,the traditional operations and arthroscopic operations,which were graded Lysholm scores and compared with each other.Results Minimal invade and 2～3 weeks healing ahead were achieved in arthroscopic operations,only 20% of which need total meniscectomy.The average Lysholm knee scores for traditional operations,and arthroscopic operations were 84 7,and 96 3,respectively.The grade of arthroscopic operations had significant influence on satisfaction(P<0 01).Conclusion We shoud prevent meniscal injury in drill,and also shoud make a diagnosis and give treatment early.Meniscectomy must be used under arthroscopy in conditional hospitals.
