摘 要:目的 观察急性颅脑损伤后患者血浆中一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)、白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )和白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)水平的变化 ,探讨它们在颅脑损伤中的作用。方法 采用Green法、放射免疫法和酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆中NO、ET、IL - 6和IL - 8水平。结果 中重型颅脑损伤患者血浆中NO、ET、IL - 6和IL - 8水平显著升高 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ,与损伤程度呈正相关。结论 NO、ET、IL - 6和IL - 8参与了急性颅脑损伤的病理生理过程。Objective To observe the change of NO, ET, IL-6 and IL-8 in plasma of patients with acute brain trauma and to explore the effects of NO, ET, IL-6 and IL-8 on brain trauma. Methods Green, RIA and ELISA were employed to detect the concentration of NO, ET, IL-6 and IL-8 in plasma. Results The plasma level of NO, ET, IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly higher in the patients with moderate and heavy brain trauma than in the patients with slight brain trauma(P<0.05~0.01), which had a positive relationship with the degree of brain trauma. Conclusion NO, ET, IL-6 and IL-8 played a role in acute brain trauma.
